Transportation Assistance Program
“The barrier of transportation to and from MedNorth Health Center for medical services has been reduced with the addition of our new Transportation Assistance Program. This transportation service is available to qualifying MedNorth patients who are residents of New Hanover County and parts of Brunswick County.
The lack of dependable transportation to and from medical appointments can hinder a patient’s successful treatment and recovery. All patients who wish to apply for the Transportation Assistance Program are encouraged to contact the Patient Services Coordinator at 910-202-8683 to schedule an assessment.
MedNorth Health Center’s Transportation Assistance Program operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.”
